Can you wear the cross?
No. A cross is a form of idolatry and the Bible tells many times idolatry is wrong.
Besides, Jesus on the cross is a bit morbid. Would you want to have something that detailed, of something that killed your son or daughter? Nails into hands, thorn crown etc.
