Its really hard not to but try not to judge others, for it is written: Matthew 7:1-2; "Judge not, that you be not judged. For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged, and with the measure you use it will be measured to you"
and Luke 6:37; “Judge not, and you will not be judged; condemn not, and you will not be condemned; forgive, and you will be forgiven".
and James 5:9; "Do not grumble against one another, brothers, so that you may not be judged; behold, the Judge is standing at the door"
and also Romans 14:13; "Therefore let us not pass judgment on one another any longer, but rather decide never to put a stumbling block or hindrance in the way of a brother."
There is quite a few scriptures mentioning judgment so i'll finish off with: James 2:13; "For judgment is without mercy to one who has shown no mercy. Mercy triumphs over judgment."
Do not be too hard on yourself if you need time, time is a great healer when you've been scarred by someone, what matters is if you accomplish not judging. Putting yourselves in their shoes is a way to minimise judgment especially if you're an empath.
