Yes, Saturday is the day you're meant to keep holy and a day of rest... though the sabbath was made for man, not man made for the sabbath: Mark 2:27 so if you can try to keep a day holy please make it a Saturday where you can have a conversation throughout the day with the lord Jah but don't worry if you have to work that day other Christians do there day of rest and meant to do holy day on a Sunday.
You could tie in a holy day with a fast.
